1. What Herr does
Herr is a partner-focused menstrual cycle companion app. It translates cycle inputs into daily guidance, alerts, reminders, and relationship suggestions.
Herr is an educational and lifestyle product. It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency use.
2. Information Herr stores
- Partner name or nickname you enter
- Cycle length, period length, and last period start date
- Additional logged period dates you choose to record
- Notification preferences
- In-app progress data such as streaks and XP
3. Where data is stored
Herr stores app data locally on your device using on-device storage. By default, Herr does not require account creation and does not sync your cycle data to a remote server.
4. Notifications
If you enable notifications, Herr schedules local reminders on your device based on the cycle profile you entered. Notification text may include phase-aware support tips, date ideas, and alerts.
Notification permissions can be changed in your device settings or inside the app.
5. Sharing and selling
Herr does not sell personal information or health-related data. Herr is not designed to share your cycle profile with third parties by default.
6. Your choices
- You can edit or remove cycle details inside the app.
- You can disable notifications at any time.
- You can remove local app data by uninstalling the app.
